I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2015 after completing my BSc at Ulster University. From there I went on to complete a MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine in 2016 also in Ulster University.
My path led me from then as a new graduate to opening iPerform in 2024. Along the way I’ve been lucky to work with some great organisations including Tyrone GAA, PhysioFit, several private practices in Sydney, Australia, and more recently Focus Physiotherapy & Performance, and Cavan GAA. Over the last 10 years I have taken part in many courses, learning days and mentorship that also helped shape the person and clinician that I am today.
I have also completed my EXOS performance specialist accreditation. It is my belief that every athlete deserves the chance to achieve their potential and this was the driving force behind the brand. Whether its rehabbing from an injury or training for performance I will leave no stone unturned to provide you with the best experience possible.
