Who We Are
A message from Colm Mac Rory – Chartered Physiotherapist BSc, MSc Sport & Exercise Medicine, and EXOS Performance Specialist
Having worked with great organisations over the past 9 years in Ireland and Australia, including Tyrone GAA, Cavan GAA, PhysioFit, and Focus Physiotherapy & Performance, I started iPerform with a clear vision from the start: to revolutionise physiotherapy practices by offering unparalleled, elite quality care to every member of the wider Omagh community.

Sports Performance
iPerform provide athletic development services for individuals and teams. We offer a world class testing service using Vald Performance equipment to identify athletes strengths and weaknesses. Following the initial assessment, each athlete or team of athletes are provided with an individualised strength and conditioning programme aimed at helping them become the athlete they have always wanted to be.

Physiotherapy
At iPerform, we provide elite level sports physiotherapy involving a detailed subjective and objective assessment with the benefit of Vald testing systems. Bespoke rehab plans are provided through apps to ensure a quality of rehab and world class onsite rehab gym to meet all your needs.

Return to Play and Performance Testing
At iPerform, we provide return to play testing for injuries such as ACL or any knee surgery, chronic hamstring injuries or acute hamstring surgeries, Ankle & Achilles surgeries or chronic tendinopathys, Hip & Groin surgeries or athletic groin pain. Each testing protocol has been devised over years of hard work & brings return to play testing standards from professional sport to your door step.
